PRICES: Prices include internet and use of laundry facilities.
PAYMENTS: Payments can be made in cash (Rand only,) or by credit card/EFT.
PARKING: Guests have parking available while they are in-house, including some covered parking. We allow cars to be left while a guest is away only on a case-by-case basis, and for no longer than 7 days.
HOTEL EVENTS: The conference room is available for events. Set-up and Take-down Fee is R500. If guests are staying, the additional charge is R50 per day; if no guests are staying , the charge is R100 per day.
ACCESSIBILITY: Tier 1 and Tier 3 rooms are wheel-chair accessible. Showers are walk in, but not roll in.
FORCE MAYEURE: BIMS Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel reservations when needed, regardless of previous communications. We seldom have to do so, but at times must make cancellations due to our mission organization's needs, which are our priority as a service organization.
